电子信息类专业高职生择业价值观的调查及对策研究——以X职业技术学院为例

A Survey and Countermeasure Research on the Values of Vocational College Students Majoring in Electronic Information--Taking X Vocational and Technical College as an Example

近年来,大学生所面临的就业形势日益严峻,引发了社会的广泛关注。文章以X职业技术学院电子信息类专业高职学生为调查对象,使用自编量表对学生的择业价值观进行调查,并通过分析调查结果,分别从提高学校就业指导质量、发挥校园文化的熏陶作用、紧密家校之间联系等三个方面,对高职院校电子信息类专业就业工作提出对策和建议。

In recent years,college students are facing an increasingly severe employment situation,which has drawn the widespread attention of society.With higher vocational college students majoring in electronic information at X Vocational Technical Institute as the object of research,students'values of career choice were investigated with the use of a self-made scale.Based on the analysis of the investigation result,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on improving the employment of higher vocational college students majoring in electronic information from three aspects.It was suggested the school improve the quality of career guidance,give full play to the edification of campus culture,and strengthen the family-school connection.
