一种新型琼胶寡糖面膜精华液的研制

Preparation of a New Agar Oligosaccharide Facial Mask Essence

以琼胶寡糖为原料,研制具有保湿、美白、抗氧化多功效的活性舒缓嫩肤面膜精华液。采用单因素试验筛选出琼胶寡糖精华液的最佳配方为:甘油8%,烟酰胺0.7%,琼胶寡糖1.4%。该配方制备的精华液粘稠适度,乳白半透明胶质,清爽细腻,无刺激性,能被面膜基本均匀吸收,易涂展吸收,耐热性、耐寒性及性质稳定性良好。此琼胶寡糖面膜精华液具有一定保湿、美白、抗氧化的功效,其中使表皮含水率提升稳定至39.5%的优质状态,对酪氨酸的抑制率和DPPH自由基的清除率分别为84%和25%。该研究为琼胶寡糖在化妆品中的应用开发提供了可靠的依据。

The active soothing and tender facial mask essence with moisturizing, whitening and anti-oxidation effects was developed by using qiongjiaosaccharide as raw material. Single factor test was used to find out the best formula of the serum: glycerol 8 %, nicotinamide 0.7 %, jonesaccharide 1.4 %.The essence prepared by this formula is moderately viscous, milky white translucent colloid, refreshing and delicate, without irritation. It can be basically evenly absorbed by the mask and is easy to be spread and absorbed. It has good heat resistance, cold resistance and property stability. This qianggua-oligosaccharide mask essence has a certain effect of moisturizing, whitening and anti-oxidation, in which the epidermal moisture content is improved and stable to 39.5 % high quality state,tyrosine inhibition rate and DPPH free radical clearance rate are 84 % and 25 % respectively. This study provided a reliable basis for the application and development of jonesin oligosaccharides in cosmetics.
