某液氨制冷企业氨改氟项目综合分析

摘要 随着中国加入世界贸易组织(WTO),以及由习近平主席提出并由全球100多个国家和国际组织积极响应和支持的共建“一带一路”的国际合作,我国每年进出口的冷冻食品稳步增长,因此冷库的需求也不断增大。液氨是目前我国冷库应用最多的制冷剂,但近年来涉氨制冷企业频发的生产安全事故,使得人们开始寻求对液氨制冷系统安全替代方案。本文以某使用液氨制冷企业为例,对冷库制冷系统使用安全替代技术,将液氨制冷改为氟利昂制冷的项目,进行安全生产条件及设施进行综合分析,为企业氨改氟项目安全施工提供安全管理对策措施。 With China’s accession to the World Trade Organization(WTO), as well as the international cooperation of “The Belt and Road”-which is proposed by President Xi Jinping and actively supported by more than 100 countries and international organizations, China’s annual import and export of frozen food is growing steadily. Therefore, the demand for cold storage is also increasing. Liquid ammonia is currently the most widely used refrigerant in cold storage in China. However,in recent years, ammonia-related refrigeration companies have seen frequent production safety accidents. It is necessary to seek safe alternatives to liquid ammonia refrigeration systems. This research reports a project in which a liquid ammonia refrigeration enterprise uses safe alternative technology to the refrigeration system of a cold storage to replace liquid ammonia-based refrigeration with Freon-based refrigeration. We comprehensively analyzed its safe production conditions and equipment, to provide reference for the safety construction of ammonia-to-fluorine project..
