摘要 上海市某电池厂遗留地块已搬迁拆除,未来规划为医疗卫生用地,根据相关法律,需对该地块开展土壤和地下水污染状况调查和研究。经调查,地块内土壤存在重金属锰和砷污染,因此对地块的污染情况进行了风险评估,分析后得出本地块土壤中的重金属锰和砷对人体存在健康风险,需开展下一阶段修复工程,扣除重叠部分后的修复面积为7670.48 m^(2),合计修复方量为6581.26 m^(3)。本文探讨了如何开展电池厂的土壤污染调查和风险评估工作。 The land left by a battery factory in Shanghai has been relocated and demolished,and it is planned to be used for medical and health care in the future.According to relevant laws,it is necessary to carry out soil and groundwater pollution investigation and research on the land.After investigation,the soil in the plot was contaminated with heavy metals manganese and arsenic.Therefore,a risk assessment was carried out on the pollution of the plot,and risk characterization of the pollutants exceeding the standard was carried out.There is a health risk to the human body,and the next stage of restoration work needs to be carried out.The restoration area after deducting the overlapping part is 7670.48 m^(2),and the total restoration volume is 6581.26 m^(3).This study provides a basis for the implementation of the next phase of work.
