两种安息香精油的GC-MS分析及体外药理活性研究

摘要 通过对市售的两种安息香精油成分进行分析,初步探究其体外抗菌、抗炎和抗肿瘤活性。本实验Oshadhi安息香精油鉴定出16个挥发性成分,其中三辛酸甘油酯含量最高,占挥发油总量的12.72%;AZ安息香精油鉴定出8个挥发性成分,其中4-丙酰联苯含量最高,占挥发油总量的6.29%;两种精油均对大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌具有抑制作用,且AZ安息香精油抑菌效果优于Oshadhi安息香精油;两种精油都能够显著抑制LPS诱导的RAW264.7细胞分泌的TNF-α和IL-6的含量,具有明显的剂量依赖关系。但Oshadhi安息香精油具有抗肿瘤作用,而AZ安息香精油无抗肿瘤作用,Oshadhi安息香精油和AZ安息香精油成分复杂,且具有较强的抗菌、抗炎作用,Oshadhi安息香精油还具有一定的抗肿瘤作用,其作用机制可能与精油中不同化合物所占的比例有关。 To investigate the antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and anti-tumor activities of two commercially available benzoin essential oil. In this experiment,Oshadhi benzoin essential oil identified 16 volatile components, among which tricaprylin was the highest content, accounting for 12.72 % of the total volatile oil;AZ benzoin essential oil identified 8 volatile components, of which 4-propionylbiphenyl was the highest., accounting for 6.29 % of the total volatile oil;both essential oils have inhibitory effects on Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans, and AZ benzoin essential oil is better than Oshadhi benzoin essential oil;both essential oils can be significant Inhibition of LPS-induced TNF-α and IL-6 secretion by RAW264.7 cells was significantly dose-dependent. However, Oshadhi benzoin essential oil has anti-tumor effect, while AZ benzoin essential oil has no anti-tumor effect. Oshadhi benzoin essential oil and AZ benzoin essential oil have complex composition and strong antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects. Oshadhi benzoin essential oil also has certain anti-tumor effect, and its mechanism may be related to the proportion of different compounds in essential oil.
