基于三级医院评审标准的静脉血栓栓塞症防控策略研究

Prevention and Control Strategies of Venous Thromboembolism Based on Tertiary Hospital Accreditation Standards

静脉血栓栓塞症(VTE)严重危害患者安全。文章对《三级医院评审标准(2020)版》中涉及VTE防控的有关条款进行解析,提出要按《标准》要求进行VTE防控管理,建立VTE防治机制及防控体系,规范VTE风险评估,推进VTE防控质量持续改进等,达到以评促改、保障患者安全的目的。

Venous Thromboembolism(VTE)is serious to endanger the safety of patients.The provisions related to VTE prevention and control in the Tertiary Hospital Accreditation Standards(2020 edition)were analyzes.It was suggested that VTE prevention and control management should be implemented according to the requirements of the standard,VTE prevention and control mechanism and system should be established,VTE risk assessment should be standardized,and the quality of VTE prevention and control should be continuously improved,so as to achieve the purpose of promoting reform through evaluation and ensuring patient safety.
