摘要
从质量功能展开入手,分析医院医用耗材管理中存在的问题,深入挖掘医、患、管三方需求,将需求转化为质量特性,利用失效模式改进流程,持续进行质量改进。实施医用耗材管控措施后,耗占比下降至16.20%,医、患、管三方满意度均提升至95%以上,医院运营成本降低,实现了耗材全流程、可追溯管理,改善了患者就医体验,保障了患者安全。
Starting from the Quality Function Deployment,the study analyzed the problems existing in the management of hospital medical consumables,deeply excavated the demands of doctors,patients and management,converted the demands into quality characteristics,improved the process by using failure mode,and continuously improved the quality.After the implementation of the medical consumables management and control measures,the consumption ratio decreased to 16.20%,the satisfaction of the three parties of doctors,patients and management increased to more than 95%,the hospital operating cost was reduced,the whole process and traceable management of consumables were realized,patients'medical experience was improved,and patient safety was guaranteed.
