基于数字化模拟断路器的备自投不停电测试装置的研制与应用 被引量:1

摘要 针对变电站调试过程中需要对备自投进行全面测试,而且已投运相关间隔需要停电进行配合测试,将造成一定经济损失的问题,提出备自投不停电测试装置设计方案,分析数字化模拟断路器、备自投不停电检修测试、图形可控的备自投测试等技术,介绍基于数字化模拟对象的状态自动切换实现备自投不停电检修的方法,通过实例,证明基于数字化模拟断路器的备自投保护不停电测试装置减少了停电时间,提高了测试操作便捷性,同时确保备自投测试调试的正确性、完整性,对加强电网安全可靠连续运行具有非常积极的研究价值和实际意义。 In view of the problem that it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive test on the standby automatic switching in the process of substation commissioning,and the relevant intervals that have been put into operation need to be powered off for cooperative testing,which will cause certain economic losses,this paper puts forward the design scheme of the standby automatic switching without power failure test device,and analyzes the technologies such as digital analog circuit breaker,standby automatic switching without power failure maintenance test and graphic controllable standby automatic switching test,This paper introduces the method of automatic state switching based on digital simulation object to realize standby automatic switching and uninterrupted maintenance.Through an example,it is proved that the standby automatic switching protection uninterrupted test device based on digital analog circuit breaker reduces the outage time,improves the convenience of test operation,and ensures the correctness and integrity of standby automatic switching test and commissioning,which has very positive research value and practical significance for strengthening the safe,reliable and continuous operation of power grid.
