摘要
采用文献计量方法对2016-2020年《中国人力资源开发》的载文量、信息密度、社会认可度情况、载文学科、影响因子、作者及机构、关键词词频进行统计分析,结果发现,这些期刊呈现出影响力不断提升、期刊研究热点不断增加、期刊载文质量逐年上升、期刊作者群有待扩充等特征,为更多从事人力资源开发研究的作者和读者确立研究方向和明晰发展趋势提供帮助。
This study uses bibliometric methods to conduct a statistical analysis on the number of articles, information density, social recognition, disciplines, impact factors, authors and institutions, and keyword frequency of “Human Resources Development of China” from 2016 to 2020. The results show that these journals show the characteristics of continuous improvement of influence, continuous increase of journal research hotspots, year-by-year increase in the quality of journal articles, and the need to expand the group of journal authors, which establishes the research direction and clarity development trend for more authors and readers engaged in human resource development research.
