摘要
随着动车组列车智能化、高速化进程的不断推进,对车下安装设备提出了更为严格的紧凑化和轻量化的要求。文中以高速动车组制动控制装置箱体为研究对象,通过采用有限元分析的方法对开发过程的设计方案进行分析对比,分析结果表明新型结构的制动控制装置箱体不仅具有较好的强度、刚度及焊接性能,强度安全系数满足标准,同时还能够有效地减轻质量、减少安装占用体积。
With the continuous development of the intelligent and High-speed EMU trains,the requirements of compact and lightweight are also put forward to the devices which installed under the train.In this paper,the braking control box which installed on High-speed trains is studied,the stiffness and strength of the design schemes are analyzed and compared by FEM.The results show that,the new structure of braking control box not only has better strength,stiffness and welding performance,but also can reduce the weight and occupied volume effectively.
