摘要
为避免铁道机车用灰铸铁闸瓦(含中磷铸铁闸瓦)在装车使用过程中出现断裂,分析了灰铸铁闸瓦断裂的原因,同时分析了化学成分、铸铁组织对灰铸铁闸瓦摩擦性能的影响。在分析调研的基础上提出控制灰铸铁闸瓦断裂的生产控制措施。理化及台架试验和装车使用结果表明,通过加强现场操作、优选化学成分、严格控制熔炼关键工艺、加强孕育处理,可以有效提高灰铸铁闸瓦的耐磨性能及控制闸瓦的摩擦系数,降低灰铸铁闸瓦的使用安全风险。
In order to avoid the fracture of grey cast iron brake shoe used in railway locomotive during loading operation, including medium phosphorus cast iron brake shoe, the causes of the fracture of grey cast iron brake shoe were analyzed, at the same time, the influence of chemical composition and cast iron structure on the friction performance of grey cast iron brake shoe is analyzed, and the production control measures to control the fracture of grey cast iron brake shoe are put forward. The results of bench test, physical and chemical test and loading operation show that by strengthening field operation, optimizing chemical composition, strictly controlling the key smelting process and strengthening inoculation treatment, it can effectively improve the wear resistance of Grey Cast Iron Brake Shoe and control the friction coefficient of the brake shoe, and reduce the use safety risk of grey cast iron brake shoe.
