摘要 介绍了铁路客车故障预测与健康管理系统应用意义,并从架构、功能方面介绍了系统的设计与实现。该系统依托TCDS地面专家系统,将监测对象故障分为快变故障诊断和慢变隐患预警,以数据驱动分析故障演变过程,为客车运用维修、系统设计提供指导,以安全性、经济性、可靠性为目标,推动轨道交通健康状态的全寿命周期闭环管理。并以轮对动平衡状态评估案例介绍了系统应用过程。 This article introduces the significance of prognostics health management system for railway passenger cars, and introduces the design and implementation of the system in terms of structure and functions. The system divides the monitoring object faults into fast-changing fault diagnosis and slow-changing fault diagnosis. Data-driven analysis of fault evolution is used to provide guidance for operation, maintenance, and system design. The goal of this system is to achieve the full life cycle closed-loop management of rail transit health status. In addition, the application process of the system is introduced with the case of wheel-balance dynamic state assessment.
