发展农村电商有助于拓展电商领域,对推进城乡一体化和乡村振兴具有重要作用,也是深化新农村建设的重要途径。从分析农村电子商务产业集群空间分布的梯度发展和区域特色发展态势入手,详细阐释驱动农村电子商务产业集群发展的乡村振兴战略、政府支持政策、网络通信技术变革、区域城乡差异等因素,最后从社会支持、社会治理及物质保障等方面提出农村电子商务产业集群发展支持体系的构建策略,以期能有效指导农村电子商务产业集群的发展。

Rural e-commerce is conducive to expand the e-commerce field,plays an important role in promoting urban-rural integration and rural revitalization,and is also an important way to deepen new rural construction.Starting with the analysis of the gradient development of the spatial distribution of rural e-commerce industrial clusters and the development trend of regional characteristics,this paper deduces the rural revitalization strategy,government support policies,network communication technological change,urban-rural differences and other driving factors of the development of rural e-commerce industrial clusters in detail.Finally,from the perspective of social support,social governance and material garantee,this paper puts forward the strategy of constructing a support system for the development of rural e-commerce industrial clusters,in order to effectively guide the development of rural e-commerce industrial clusters.
