双循环背景下泰州外贸企业转型升级研究

A Study on the Transformation and Upgrading of Taizhou Foreign Trade Enterprises under the Background of Dual Circulation

在受新冠肺炎疫情与贸易保护主义双重冲击的时代背景下,构建以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局对稳定我国外贸发展具有重要的意义。以泰州外贸企业为研究对象,分析双循环背景下泰州外贸发展现状,以及外贸企业在转型升级过程中面临的外部不确定性上升、出口转内销难度大、产品附加值低等问题,并在此基础上提出顺应双循环发展大势、依靠技术创新和金融赋能来助力泰州外贸企业转型升级的对策建议。

In the context of the double impact of COVID-19 and international trade protectionism,it is of great significance to build a new development pattern featuring dual circulation to stabilize the development of China’s foreign trade,in which domestic and overseas markets reinforce each other,with the domestic market as the mainstay.This paper takes Taizhou foreign trade enterprises as the research objects,analyzes the status quo of Taizhou foreign trade development under the background of dual circulation,and the main difficulties of foreign trade enterprises in the process of transformation and upgrading,including the rising uncertainty of the external environment,the difficulty of switching from export to domestic sales,and the low added value of products.Based on this analysis,suggestions are put forward to help with the transformation and upgrading of foreign trade enterprises in Taizhou,such as following the general trend of dual circulation,focusing on technological innovation and using financial tools.
