生源多元化背景下高职学生人文素养提升研究

摘要 高职学生人文素养的提升,不仅有利于提高学生的整体素质,也有利于我国职业教育的蓬勃发展。调查发现,生源多元化背景下,高职学生人文素养参差不齐,制约学生人文素养进一步提升的主要因素为校园文化“重技轻文”、人文课程开设缺少分层、人文素养教育评价缺失以及社会不良风气影响等。对此,建议打造特色鲜明的高职校园文化,设置专业有别的高职人文课程,建立科学创新的考核评价体系,发挥潜移默化的社会教育功能。 The improvement of humanistic literacy of higher vocational students is not only helpful to improving the overall quality of students,but also helpful to the vigorous development of vocational education in China.The survey shows that under the background of diverse student sources,the humanistic literacy of higher vocational students is uneven,and the main factors restricting the further improvement of students’humanistic literacy are campus culture“emphasizing skills over literature”,lack of stratification in humanities courses,lack of humanistic literacy education evaluation,and the influence of unfavorable social atmosphere.Therefore,it is recommended to create distinctive higher vocational campus culture,set up higher vocational humanities courses different from major courses,establish a scientific and innovative assessment and evaluation system,and play a subtle social education function.
