A Study on the Optimization of File Management of Higher Vocational Student Party Members from the Perspective of “Three Comprehensive Education”

高职院校学生党员档案管理是学校思想政治教育与党建工作的重要内容。当前,高职院校学生党员档案管理中存在一些问题,影响学生党员档案功能的发挥。“三全育人”理念对学生党员档案管理工作提出了新的标准与要求,高职院校要主动作为,从顶层设计、“管育”结合、开拓创新等层面构建全员参与、全过程贯穿、全方位协同的学生党员档案管理新格局,提升学生党员档案管理质量,使其更好地服务于学校思想政治教育和党建工作。

The file management of student Party members in higher vocational colleges is an important content of school ideological and political education and Party construction.At present,there are many problems in the file management of student Party members in higher vocational colleges,which affect the function of student Party members’file function.The concept of“Three Comprehensive Education”puts forward the new standards and requirements for the file management of student Party members.Therefore,higher vocational colleges should take the initiative to build a file management pattern of student Party members with full participation throughout the whole process and all-round coordination from the aspects of top-level design,combination of management and education,exploration and innovation,so as to improve the file management quality of student Party members and make it better serve the development of school ideological and political education and Party construction.
