考虑质量管理标准对实验室外部提供过程、产品和服务的要求,介绍了系统管理合格供应商、提升采购过程有效性的方法,并对实践过程中出现频次较高的特殊情况如何操作进行了分析,希望能帮助实验室在保证采购产品和服务符合要求的前提下,提高采购过程效率、降低管理成本。

Considering the requirements of quality management standards for the process, products and services provided outside the laboratory, this paper introduces the methods of systematical y managing qualified suppliers and improving the effectiveness of the procurement process, and introduces how to operate in special situations that occur frequently in the practice process, hoping to help the laboratory improve the efficiency of the procurement process and reduce management costs.
