一种多层异质材料互联结构制造工艺方案的优化方法

摘要 针对天线产品中多层异质材料互联界面的优化问题,提出"分层优化综合评价"的优化策略。针对互联材料选择,基于材料的相容性准则、功能性要求、工艺性要求等规则进行定性推理获取可行互联匹配,通过性能指标法进行优化匹配及排序;针对互联工序优化,先根据互联工艺的顺序约束、温度约束等构建约束矩阵,再建立反映互联工艺顺序的有向图,得到最优的工艺路线;在工艺参数优化时,建立异质材料互联结构的参数近似优化模型,提出分级求解-上级逐层协调的渐进式协调求解模式。针对最终得到的多组可行的工艺方案,根据工程实践过程中的不同偏好,优先排序筛选出Pareto最优解,最后对pareto决策的多方案进行综合评价,实现方案的综合评价。 In order to optimize the interconnection interface of multilayer heterogeneous materials in antenna products, the optimization strategy of "hierarchical optimization and comprehensive evaluation" is adopted. Based on the material compatibility criteria, functional requirements, technological requirements and other rules, the feasible interconnection matching is obtained by qualitative reasoning, and the performance index method is used for optimal matching and scheduling. For the optimization of interconnected processes, the constraint matrix is constructed according to the sequence constraints and temperature constraints of interconnected processes, and then the directed graph reflecting the sequence of interconnected processes is established to obtain the optimal process route. In the process parameter optimization, the parameter approximate optimization model of heterogeneous material interconnection structure is established, and the progressive coordination solution mode of hierarchical solution and superior layer by layer coordination is proposed. According to the different preferences in the process of engineering practice, the Pareto optimal solution is selected according to the final groups of feasible process schemes. Final y, the multi schemes of Pareto decision are comprehensively evaluated to realize the comprehensive evaluation of the scheme.
