Research on the Construction of "Double Qualified" Teachers in Vocational Education under the 1+X Certificate System——Take Financial Services and Management as an Example

"1+X"证书制度是国家职业教育制度建设的一项基本制度。改革过程中教师素质是基本条件,更是证书制度落地的关键。1+X证书制度对高职院校"双师型"教师团队建设提出了更高水平的要求。该研究基于1+X证书制度对职业教育教师的诉求,分析金融服务与管理专业"双师型"教师队伍建设的现实差距,构建教师胜任力模型,研究通过进一步树立"双师型"教师职业技能教育课堂教学理念、为"双师型"教师规划适应职业教育发展趋势和其个性特征的培养培训模式、打造高度融合的专兼职教师队伍、分层分类质量评价推进团队建设发展的路径开展"双师型"教师团队建设。

"1+X" certificate system is a basic system in the construction of national vocational education system.In the process of reform, teachers’ quality is not only the basic condition, but also the key to the implementation of the certificate system. The 1+X certificate system puts forward higher requirements for the construction of "double qualified" teachers’ team in higher vocational colleges. Based on the demands of 1+X certificate system for vocational education teachers, this study analyzes the practical gap in the construction of "double qualified" teachers in financial services and management, constructs a teacher competency model, and studies how to further establish the classroom teaching concept of "double qualified" teachers’ vocational skill education as "double qualified" Teachers plan the training mode to adapt to the development trend of vocational education and its personality characteristics, build a highly integrated team of full-time and part-time teachers, and carry out the construction of "double qualified" teachers by hierarchical and classified quality evaluation.
