摘要
为探究影响水泥与外加剂相容性的因素,本文从混合材品种、水泥温度、外加剂品种、石膏形态等对水泥与外加剂相容性进行试验研究,得到了水泥与外加剂相容性受混合材話种、水泥温度、石膏脱水情况、助磨剂品种、外加剂品种等诸多因素的影响规律。为追求水泥质量的稳定性,在生产控制中应对影响水泥稳定性的混合材品种、助磨剂品种、水泥温度以及石膏形态等重要因素进行合理控制,从而减少生产中质量的波动。
In order to explore the factors affecting the compatibility of cement and additives,this paper conducted an experimental study on the compatibility of cement and additives from the admixture type,cement temperature,additives type and gypsum form.The compatibility of cement and admixture is affected by many factors,such as the variety of admixture,cement temperature,gypsum dehydration,grinding aid variety,additive variety.In order to pursue the stability of cement quality,the important factors affecting the stability of cement should be rationally controlled in production control,such as admixture variety,grinding aid variety,cement temperature and gypsum form,so as to reduce the fluctuation of quality in production.
