Conservation Planning for Large-Scale Archaeological Sites:Status Quo and Development Tendency

大遗址保护规划是统筹大遗址保护的综合性管理手段和政策纲领。我国大遗址保护规划经历了规划实践探索和规范化发展2个阶段,大遗址保护规划和法规制度从无到有、编制队伍不断壮大、规划体系不断完善、内容结构不断规范、相关研究逐步深化。新时代随着社会主要矛盾的变化和经济社会的发展,大遗址保护规划应增强规划理念的融合发展性、规划对象和资源使用方式的统筹性、规划框架的系统性、规划过程的动态性、规划思想方法的复合性、规划成果的可实施性,以提升规划编制质量,促进我国大遗址保护和可持续发展。

Conservation Planning of large scale archaeological sites is a comprehensive management tool and political guidance for the systematic coordination of the protection of large scale sites.The evolution of conservation planning at large scale sites in China has gone through two important stages of experimental planning and realization,followed by the standardization of practice.The conservation planning of large scale sites and the related regulations were established from scratch,and the continuous development of specialized personnel,planning system,and the structural content have encouraged and deepened the relevant research.In the new era,with the shift of social contradictions alongside continuous development of economy and society,conservation planning of large scale sites should enhance the integrated development of the planning concept,the coordination of planning subject and utilization of its resources,the systematization of the planning framework,the dynamics of the planning process,the compound of the planning ideas and methods,as well as the applicability of the conservation plan,in order to improve the quality of the conservation planning and promote the conservation and sustainable development of large scale archaeological sites in China.
