乡村振兴背景下大学生党支部与乡村基层党支部共建的实践探究

乡村振兴战略的提出,是构建以国内经济大循环为主体的国内国外双循环新格局的重要基础,同时也是中国经济发展应对全球化挑战的“压舱石”。在践行乡村振兴战略过程中,乡村基层党支部要发挥带头作用,积极推动乡村基层党组织与大学生党支部共建工作,对于丰富党建工作实践,加强基层党组织与高校党支部之间的联系,具有十分重要的推动作用。同时,大学生党员通过与乡村基层党支部进行共建活动,能够不断提升思想素质,丰富实践经验。在具体实践中,大学生党支部与乡村基层党支部党员干部,需要深入分析共建过程中所遇到的问题,并结合党支部活动特点以及党建工作要求,制定切实可行的党支部共建方案。

The proposal of Rural Revitalization Strategy is not only an important basis for building a new pattern of domestic and foreign double circulation with the domestic economic cycle as the main body,but also a"ballast"for China's economic development to cope with the adjustment of globalization.In the process of implementing the Rural Revitalization Strategy,rural grass-roots party branches should play an active leading role and actively promote the co construction between rural grass-roots party organizations and college students'Party branches,which plays a very important role in enriching the practice of Party construction and strengthening the relationship between grass-roots party organizations and college party branches.At the same time,college student party members can continuously improve their ideological quality and enrich practical experience through joint construction activities with rural grass-roots party branches.In specific practice,Party members and cadres of College Students'Party branches and rural grass-roots party branches need to deeply analyze the problems encountered in the process of joint construction,and formulate a practical joint construction scheme of Party branches in combination with the activity characteristics of Party branches and the requirements of Party construction.
