北京某三甲部队医院老年瘙痒症患者现状调查分析

Investigation and analysis of patients with senile pruritus in a three grade A military hospital in Beijing

目的了解北京某三甲部队医院老年医学科瘙痒症患者的发病情况,确定影响老年瘙痒的相关因素及老年患者对瘙痒症疾病的认知情况,为今后老年瘙痒症患者的健康教育提供依据。方法应用横断面描述性研究,采用自行设计的《老年瘙痒症保健预防知识知晓度调查问卷》为资料收集工具,对北京某三甲部队医院老年瘙痒症患者进行问卷调查,将收集到的数据进行统计学分析。结果调查问卷的调查结果显示生活习惯、居住地等为重要影响因素,瘙痒症知识的知晓率总体偏低,老年瘙痒症知识需求量很大。结论老年瘙痒症患病人数较多,加强老年瘙痒症患者对疾病的认知和健康宣教十分必要,这有利于提高老年患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the occurrence of senile pruritus in the department of geriatrics of a three grade A military hospital in Beijing,to determine the related factors affecting senilepruritus,and to explore the cognition of pruritus in elderly patients,so as to provide basis for health education of patients with senile pruritus in the future.Methods Using cross-sectional descriptive study,selfdesigned questionnaire on awareness of senilepruritus health care and prevention knowledge in the elderly was used as a data collection tool to conduct a questionnaire survey on the patients of senilepruritus.The collected data were used for statistical analysis.Results The results of questionnaire survey showed that the life habits and residence of patients were important factors for senilepruritus.The awareness rate of pruritus related knowledge of senilepruritus patients was generally low,so there is a great demand of knowledge about pruritus in the elderly.Conclusion There are a large number of senilepruritus patients.It is necessary to strengthen the health education of senilepruritus patients,which is conducive to improve their quality of life.
