光疗对人体皮肤微生态影响的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 人体皮肤定植大量微生物,包括细菌、真菌、病毒等,与人体相互依存和影响共同构成了皮肤微生态。皮肤微生态可作为外部物理屏障,防止外来病原体入侵,对人体皮肤起到保护作用。光疗法是皮肤科常用的物理治疗方法之一,常用于治疗炎症性皮肤病、感染性皮肤病和皮肤肿瘤。该文主要就紫外线治疗、光动力治疗、激光治疗对人体皮肤微生态影响的研究进展作一综述。 Diverse microorganisms colonize hHuman skin,including bacteria,fungi and viruses,that underlie skin immunity and physiology,known as the skin microbiota.The skin microbiota serves as a physical barrier to prevent pathogen invasion.Phototherapy is commonly used in the treatment of inflammatory skin diseases,infectious dermatoses,and skin tumors.In this article,we review the recent advances in effect of phototherapy on human skin microbiota,including ultraviolet therapy,photodynamic therapy and laser therapy.
