摘要
随着经济快速发展,传统能源大量耗竭且带来多方面的污染,因此对清洁高效能源的研究越来越受到世界各国的重视。餐厨垃圾具有含水率高、易降解等特性,是厌氧发酵生产可再生能源的理想底物。利用厌氧发酵产甲烷技术能实现环境、社会和经济效益的统一。
With the rapid development of the economy,the traditional energy is depleted in large quantities and brings pollution in many aspects,so the research on clean and efficient energy has received more and more attention from all countries in the world.Kitchen waste has the characteristics of high moisture content and easy degradation,and is an ideal substrate for anaerobic fermentation to produce renewable energy.Methane-producing technology from anaerobic fermentation can achieve environmental,social and economic benefits.
