近年来,享有“生命之糖”美誉的海藻糖作为一种安全、稳定的天然糖类在食品加工、医药、化妆品等领域得到了广泛应用。本文对海藻糖进行概述,简要介绍海藻糖在食品、医药、化妆品等相关领域的应用,继而以山东福洋生物科技股份有限公司为例,回顾了国内企业在海藻糖产业化方面作出的实践探索,展望了海藻糖未来的应用前景。

In recent years,trehalose,which enjoys the reputation of“sugar of life”,as a safe and stable natural sugar,has been widely used in food processing,medicine,cosmetics and other fields.In this paper,trehalose is summarized,and its application in food,medicine,cosmetics and other related fields is briefly introduced.Then,taking Shandong Fuyang Biotechnology Co.,Ltd.as an example,the practical exploration of trehalose industrialization made by domestic enterprises is reviewed,and the future application prospect of trehalose is prospected.
