食品安全与人们身体健康、社会稳定以及经济发展息息相关。本文分析了生物技术在食品安全检测中应用的特点及食品安全检测中的生物技术种类,并对生物技术在食品安全检测中的具体应用及其在食品安全检验中的发展趋势进行了探讨,旨在为食品检测提供参考,从而保障食品安全。
Food safety issues are closely related to people’s health,social stability and economic development.This paper analyzed the application characteristics of biotechnology in food safety testing and the types of biotechnology in food safety testing,and discussed the application of biotechnology in food safety testing and its development trend in food safety inspection,in order to provide reference for food testing and ensure food safety.
