摘要
新形势下,食品安全问题已成为民众重点关注的热点话题,而高校食堂内部所涉及的食品安全问题更是牵动着每一个人的神经。实际工作中,虽然校方为保障校内食堂的食品安全制定了一系列管控措施,但却并没有从根源上杜绝各个环节的食品安全问题。由于高校食堂的就餐人群相对固定、就餐时间相对集中,因此一旦发生食品安全事件则会造成严重的社会影响。对此,需要进一步推进相关管控措施的优化调整,进而以明确现存问题为前提提高管理力度。本文立足于笔者的实际工作经验,对相关问题进行研究论述,进而针对目前高校食堂食品安全管理中存在的问题提出对应的优化管控措施,希望能够推进相关管理工作的优化调整,为校内师生营造出安全稳定和谐的就餐环境。
Under the new situation,the issue of food safety has become a hot topic of public concern,and the issue of food safety involved in the canteens of colleges and universities attracts everyone’s attention.In actual work,although the school has formulated a series of control measures to ensure the food safety of the school cafeteria,it has not eliminated the food safety problems in all aspects from the root cause.Because the dining crowd in the university canteen is relatively fixed and the dining time is relatively concentrated,once a food safety incident occurs,it will cause serious social impact.In this regard,it is necessary to further promote the optimization and adjustment of relevant management and control measures,and then improve management efforts on the premise of clarifying existing problems.Based on the author’s actual work experience,this paper studies and discusses related issues,and then proposes corresponding optimization control measures for the current problems in the food safety management of college cafeterias,hoping to promote the optimization and adjustment of relevant management work and create a safe,stable and harmonious dining environment for teachers and students in the school.
