摘要
本文采用3.4310酸性蛋白酶和胃蛋白酶依次水解火麻仁粕获得具有α-淀粉酶抑制活性的多肽;再采用中性蛋白酶水解残渣,获得具有脂肪酶抑制活性的多肽,其适宜酶解条件为加酶5000 u·g^(-1)、50℃水解120 min;将两段多肽水解液离心后合并,通过膜分离获得分子量为300~6000 Da的活性肽混合液,该活性肽混合液同时具有α-淀粉酶和脂肪酶的抑制活性。动物实验表明,该活性肽对高热量模型小鼠的减肥效果好,各剂量组与模型组相比均有显著差异(P<0.05)。
It is found that the peptides withα-amylase inhibitory activity can be obtained from Cannabis fructus meal by hydrolyzing with 3.4310 acid protease and pepsin in turn.The peptides with lipase inhibitory activity can be obtained by hydrolyzing the residue of the previous step,the hydrolysis conditions were as follows:adding enzyme 5000 u·g^(-1),50℃,120 min.After centrifugation,the two polypeptides were mixed,and 300~6000 Da active peptide mixture was obtained through membrane separation.The active peptide mixture has the inhibitory activities ofα-amylase and lipase.The animal experiments showed that the active peptide had good weight loss effect on high calorie model mice,and there were significant differences between each dose group and the model group(P<0.05).
