摘要
本文以大米为研究对象,利用超声辅助分光光度法对大米中的铅进行快速检测。结果表明,在酸浓度为2.5 mol·L^(-1)、超声提取温度为50℃、超声提取时间为20 min时,铅提取效果最佳,提取率为23.2%,大米样品中的铅含量为149.32μg·kg^(-1)。
This paper takes rice as the research object,and uses ultrasonic-assisted spectrophotometry to rapidly detect lead in rice.The results showed that when the acid concentration was 2.5 mol·L^(-1),the ultrasonic extraction temperature was 50℃,and the ultrasonic extraction time was 20 min,the lead extraction effect was the best,the extraction rate was 23.2%,and the lead content in the rice sample was 149.32μg·kg^(-1).
