摘要
针对冷镦钢线材表面裂纹等缺陷,研究了其裂纹愈合。采用钢棒标记变形分析的方法对线材孔型变形特点进行了分析,同时用热镦试验对材料愈合层进行了金相分析。并采用Abaqus软件对皮下裂纹的演变过程进行了数值模拟分析。最后在工业化生产中对加热温度、加热时间、变形量的影响结果进行了统计和试验分析。结果表明,提高加热温度和时间以及变形量可促进裂纹愈合。
The crack healing of cold heading steel wire was studied. The hole deformation characteristics of the wire was analyzed by the method of steel bar marking deformation analysis, and the metallographic analysis of the healing layer was carried out by the material hot upsetting experiment. The evolution process of subcutaneous cracks was numerically simulated and analyzed by Abaqus software. Finally, the influencing of results heating temperature, heating time and deformation amount on industrial production were analyzed statistically and experimentally. The results show that increasing heating temperature and time and deformation can promote crack healing.
