内蒙东北地区粮食出入仓作业安全管理浅析

The Analysis on the Safety Management of Grain Entering and Exiting Warehouses in Northeastern Inner Mongolia

近年来,随着粮油仓储、物流技术的发展革新,出入仓作业设备不断更新、出入仓工艺不断优化,出入仓作业效率也不断提升,随之而来的安全管理重点也在不断变化。特别是内蒙东北地区出入库作业大多发生在冬季,气温在-35~-27℃,极端的低温环境为出入库工作的生产安全带来较大挑战。本文主要针对内蒙东北地区冬季出入仓作业,从“人、机、料、法及环”5方面对作业过程中的安全隐患进行分析,明确了各环节安全管理注意事项,并对未来的发展进行了展望。

In recent years,with the development and innovation of grain and oil storage and logistics technology,the warehousing operation equipment is constantly updated,the warehousing process is continuously optimized,the warehousing operation efficiency is continuously improved,and the subsequent safety management focus is also constantly changing.Especially in the northeast of Inner Mongolia,most of the warehousing operations take place in winter,and the temperature is-35~-27℃.The extreme low temperature environment brings great challenges to the production safety of warehousing.This paper mainly analyzes the safety hazards in the operation process from the 5 aspects of“human,machine,material,method and environment”,defines the safety management precautions in each link,and looks forward to the future development.
