摘要
连翘叶茶中富含黄酮类、连翘苷、连翘脂素等多种有益于人体健康的活性物质,有很好的保健功能,连翘叶资源非常丰富,连翘叶茶有很好的开发前景。本文对连翘叶茶营养成分、具体功效的研究情况,以及传统连翘叶茶制作工艺优化、速溶茶等新产品制作工艺最新研究成果等进行了详细论述。
Forsythia suspensa leaf tea is rich in flavonoids,forsythin,forsythiaside and other active substances that are beneficial to human health,and has good health care functions.Forsythia suspensa leaf resources are very rich,and Forsythia suspensa leaf tea has a good development prospects.In this paper,the research on the nutritional components and specific efficacy of Forsythia suspensa leaf tea,as well as the optimization of the traditional Forsythia suspensa leaf tea production process and the latest research results of the production process of new products such as instant tea are discussed in detail.
