摘要
在生态农业的多种模式中,短食品供应链对环境保护和可持续发展的贡献是毋庸置疑的。短食物供应链在欧盟国家的试点实施也获得了正面的回馈,本文意在通过分析短链对食品包装、废弃物、经济可持续性、环境和消费者健康的影响来呈现其可以作为生态农业有效解决方案的原因。
Among the various modes of eco-agriculture,the contribution of short food supply chains(SFSC)to environmental protection and sustainable development is beyond doubt.The pilot implementation of SFSC in EU countries has also received positive feedback.This paper presents the impact of SFSC on food packaging,food waste,economic sustainability,environment and consumer health and examines the reasons that SFSC could be an effective solution for ecoagriculture.
