摘要
主要采用归纳演绎、溯因推理、比较分析等研究方法,对新工业革命背景下我国高校跨境电商人才培养问题进行了研究。研究表明:在知识结构、能力结构和思维结构等方面,新工业革命对跨境电商人才提出了新的客观要求;新工业革命背景下,我国高校跨境电商人才培养存在一些显著问题,比如,对概念认知不深刻、人才培养方案不完善、教学课堂属性单一、师资队伍建设落后、协同育人机制不完善、教学内容不符合新工业革命的客观要求,等等。为此,需要采取相应对策来促进我国高校跨境电商人才的有效培养。
Mainly uses the induction deduction,adductive reasoning,comparative analysis and so on research method,this paper studies the cultivation of Cross-border E-commerce talents in Chinese universities under the background of the new industrial revolution.Research shows:in the knowledge structure,ability structure and structure of thought and so on,the new industrial revolution has put forward new objective requirements for Cross-border E-commerce talents;under the new industrial revolution,there are some remarkable problems in the training of Cross-border E-commerce talents in Chinese universities,for example,the concept cognition is not deep,the talent training plan is not perfect,the teaching classroom attribute is unitary,the teacher troop construction is backward,the coordination education mechanism is not perfect,the teaching content does not conform to the new industrial revolution objective request,and so on.Therefore,it is necessary to take corresponding measures to promote the effective cultivation of Cross-border E-commerce talents in Chinese universities.
