含ACC脱氨酶的根际促生菌对切花月季生长及生理的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria Containing ACC Deaminase on Growth and Physiological Characteristics of Cut Rose

摘要 植物根际促生菌(plant growth promoting rhizobacteria,PGPR)能在根际与植物相互作用,提高植物的生产力。为研究含ACC脱氨酶(1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylate deaminase)的不同植物根际促生菌对切花月季的促生效果,以‘伊芙伯爵’为试验材料,在盆栽过程中施入含ACC脱氨酶的不同PGPR菌株,通过测定切花月季的株高、茎粗、分枝数、叶绿素相对含量、叶片保护酶活性及MDA含量、花朵乙烯释放量、光合及叶绿素荧光参数等指标,探讨不同菌株对其生长及生理的影响。结果表明:含ACC脱氨酶的不同PGPR菌株对‘伊芙伯爵’生长及光合作用产生的影响有所差异,总体来说以菌株F195处理效果最好,较对照株高增加56.91%,叶绿素相对含量增加12.87%,SOD、POD、CAT活性分别提高38.64%、58.45%、1.17倍,MDA含量和花朵乙烯释放量分别减少22.68%和35.46%,胞间CO_(2)浓度、蒸腾速率和气孔导度分别增加25.3%、75.8%和1.15倍,均与对照差异显著。综合比较来看,菌株F195对切花月季‘伊芙伯爵’的促生效果最好。 Plant growth promoting rhizobacteria(PGPR) can interact with the plants in rhizosphere and increase plant productivity. To investigate the effects of different PGPR containing 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylate(ACC) deaminase on growth of cut rose, a pot experiment was conducted with ‘Yves Piaget’ rose as material. The application effects of different PGPR strains containing ACC deaminase on the growth and physiological characters such as plant height, stem diameter, branch number, relative content of chlorophyll, leaf protective enzymes activity and MDA content, flower ethylene release amount, photosynthesis and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters. The results showed that different PGPR strains containing ACC deaminase had different effects on the growth and photosynthesis of ‘Yves Piaget’. On the whole, the strain F195 had the best effects, which increased the plant height by 56.91%, the relative content of chlorophyll by 12.87%, and the activities of SOD, POD and CAT by 38.64%, 58.45% and 1.17 times respectively, and decreased the MDA content and ethylene release amount of flower by 22.68% and 35.46% respectively compared with the control;the intercellular CO_(2) concentration, transpiration rate and stomatal conductance increased by 25.3%, 75.8% and 1.15 times, respectively, and reached a significant difference compared with the control. In conclusion, F195 strain had the best growth promoting effects on cut rose ‘Yves Piaget’.
