摘要
为提升造纸企业对于车间设备的自动化控制水平,实现造纸能耗的合理调控,研究设计了一套基于的S7-300 PLC的造纸能耗控制系统,该系统由检测单元、控制单元和执行单元所组成,可实现针对各制造环节的温度、温度、压力等运行指标的实时监测和调控,为造纸系统的能耗控制提供数据支持。
In order to improve the automation control level of workshop equipment in papermaking enterprises and realize the reasonable regulation of papermaking energy consumption,a set of papermaking energy consumption control system based on S7-300 PLC is designed in this study.The system is composed of detection unit,control unit and execution unit,which can realize the real-time monitoring and regulation of temperature,temperature,pressure and other operation indicators in each manufacturing link,providing data support for energy consumption control of papermaking system.
