低碳经济背景下我国造纸行业的发展分析

Analysis on the Development of Paper Industry in China Under the Background of Low-carbon Economy

为了打破造纸行业同时提高产能和降低污染的绿色发展悖论,探索“双碳”背景下中国造纸行业的可持续发展路径,在梳理低碳经济在造纸行业的实际普及现状的基础上,运用SWOT分析方法对中国造纸行业发展的内外部影响因素进行分析。分析结果显示,中国造纸行业在原料采购、环境成本、技术创新等方面都存在一定的问题。为了脱离现今造纸业的发展困境,提出未来低碳经济背景下造纸行业的发展方向以及战略部署,以期不断扩大中国造纸已有的优势,克服现存的劣势,实现新时代产业的高质量发展。

In order to break the paper industry to improve productivity and reduce the pollution of green development paradox,and to explore the sustainable development path of China’s paper industry under the background of “dual carbon”,on the basis of combing the actual popularity of low carbon economy in paper industry,SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the internal and external factors affecting the development of China’s paper industry.The results show that there are some problems in raw material procurement,environmental cost and technological innovation in China’s paper industry.In order to break away from the current development dilemma of the paper industry,this article proposes the future development direction and strategic deployment of the paper industry under the background of a low-carbon economy,in order to continuously expand the existing advantages of China’s paper industry,overcome the existing disadvantages,and achieve high-quality development of the industry in the new era.
