心肌梗死患者采用超声心动图检测的效果及相关参数分析 被引量:1

Effect and related parameters of echocardiography in patients with myocardial infarction

摘要 目的探讨超声心动图在心肌梗死检测中的应用价值及相关参数。方法选取2020年1月至2021年2月在郑州市金水区总医院治疗的急性心肌梗死患者130例,其中前壁心肌梗死78例,下壁心肌梗死52例,均给予心电图、多普勒彩色超声心动图检查,比较两者检出率,同时比较前壁和下壁心肌梗死参数。结果超声心动图检出率为88%,明显高于心电图,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);前壁心肌梗死左心房前后径、左心房上下径、左心室舒张末期内径(LVD)和左心室收缩末期内径(LVS)分别为(36.8±1.2)mm、(52.2±2.3)mm、(54.7±4.1)mm和(41.1±4.6)mm,高于下壁心肌梗死(P<0.05);前壁心肌梗死左心室舒张末期容积(LVEDV)和左心室收缩末期容积(LVESV)分别为(141±34)ml/m^(2)和(78±20)ml/m^(2),高于下壁心肌梗死(P<0.05)。结论多普勒彩色超声心动图在心肌梗死诊断中有较好的应用价值,同时相较于下壁心肌梗死,前壁心肌梗死左心室重塑加重,收缩功能降低。 Objective To explore the application value and related parameters of multiple echocardio-graphy for detecting myocardial infarction.Methods Overall,130 patients with acute myocardial infarction treated in our hospital between January 2020 and February 2021 were selected,including 78 with anterior myocardial infarction and 52 with inferior myocardial infarction.All patients underwent electrocardiography and Doppler color echocardiography,and the differences in detection rates and anterior and inferior myocardial infarction parameters were compared between them.Results The detection rate of echocardiography was 88%,significantly higher than that of electrocardiography,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The left atrial anterior and posterior diameters,left atrial upper and lower diameters,left ventricular diastolic dimension,and left ventricular systolic dimension in anterior myocardial infarction were(36.8±1.2)mm,(52.2±2.3)mm,(54.7±4.1)mm,and(41.1±4.6)mm,which were significantly higher than those in inferior myocar-dial infarction.The left ventricular end-diastolic and end-systolic volumes in anterior myocardial infarction were(141±34)ml/m^(2) and(78±20)ml/m^(2),both of which were significantly higher than those in inferior myocardial infarction(P<0.05).Conclusion Doppler color echocardiography has good application value for diagnosing anterior myocardial infarction versus inferior myocardial infarction,as left ventricular remodeling and systolic function are aggravated in the former.
