依托总编扩大会的决策体系提升期刊影响力——以《中华血液学杂志》为例 被引量:3

摘要 总编扩大会是《中华血液学杂志》在编委会基础上形成和构建的决策性会议,讨论议题主要包括期刊定位、栏目调整、年度计划、所面临的困境等,总编扩大会的召开对提升期刊的学术水平、期刊在专业领域的学术影响力及传播力具有重要作用。我们对《中华血液学杂志》总编扩大会体系的构建和发展进行阐述,包括总编扩大会体系建立背景及成效、依托总编扩大会的实践过程及实践体会等,总结其作用主要体现在协助杂志明确目标与定位、发挥头雁效应、创新栏目、打造品牌活动等;认为其决策体系能够从多个方面提升期刊的学术质量,扩大期刊影响力。 The editor-in-chief expansion meeting is a decisionmaking meeting formed and constructed on the basis of the Editorial Committee of Chinese Journal of Hematology.The convening of the editor-in-chief expansion meeting plays an important role in improving the academic level of the journal,the academic influence and communication power of the journal in the professional field.We elaborate on the construction and development of the editor-inchief expansion meeting system of Chinese Journal of Hematology,including the establishment background and effectiveness of the editor-in-chief expansion meeting,the practical process and experience,etc.The role of the editor-in-chief expansion meeting is mainly reflected in assisting the journal to clarify its objectives and positioning,plays a leading role,innovate columns,create brand activities,etc.We believe that the editor-in-chief expansion meeting can improve the academic quality of journals from many aspects and expand the influence of journals,so as to provide reference for peers in the field of scientific and technological journals.
