使用纯石墨烯养护鼻罩结合舌下免疫治疗尘螨变应性鼻炎的临床分析

Clinical analysis for sublingual immunotherapy of Allergic rhinitis with graphene heated curing nose mask

目的探讨使用纯石墨烯养护鼻罩结合舌下免疫治疗尘螨变应性鼻炎的疗效及安全性。方法收集接受舌下免疫治疗(舌下含服"粉尘螨滴剂")的60例8-60岁的尘螨变应性鼻炎患者随机分为鼻罩组(使用纯石墨烯养护鼻罩30例)和对照组(不使用纯石墨烯养护鼻罩30例)。在治疗的第2,4,8,16周进行随访,治疗4个月临床观察。对两组治疗前后的鼻部症状与体征评分,并让患者进行疾病转归的自我评价。结果鼻罩组(使用纯石墨烯养护鼻罩+SLIT)在治疗2周后平均症状得分低于对照组(单纯SLIT),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。随访半年后综合评价患者的主观评价和满意度评价,鼻罩组(使用纯石墨烯养护鼻罩)明显高于对照组。使用纯石墨烯养护鼻罩期间未发生不良事件。结论使用纯石墨烯养护鼻罩结合舌下免疫治疗尘螨变应性鼻炎,是一种安全有效的治疗方法,尤其对于舌下免疫治疗的早期起到相辅相成,互为保证的协同作用。

Objective To explore the safety and efficacy of sublingual immunotherapy of Allergic rhinitis with graphene heated curing nose mask.Methods 60 patients were placed on sublingual immunotherapy for the treatment of allergic rhinitis,30 patients were randomly assigned to receive graphene heated curing nose mask.All patients were interviewed regarding preoperative and postoperative intensity and frequency of rhinitis symptom within 2-16 weeks follow-up.And quality of life and effect were assessed during the study.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,symptom scores (Nose-mask+SLIT group:1.67±1.22;SLIT group:4.35±2.51).After 16 weeks of treatment,symptom scores (Nose-mask+SLIT group:1.18±1.03;SLIT group:5.68±2.67),scores of Nose-mask+SLIT group was significantly lower than scorse of SLIT group(P<0.01).Also,the subjective assessment of patients,symptoms and treatment satisfaction in SLIT group was lower than those in Nose-mask+SLIT group.Conclusion Graphene heated curing nose mask is safe and effective in treatment of sublingual immunotherapy of Allergic rhinitis.
