摘要
目的探究复方鱼腥草糖浆联合布地奈德阶梯雾化吸入治疗小儿急性喉炎的临床效果。方法选取本院2019年4月至2020年7月期间收治的78例急性喉炎患儿为研究对象,随机分成2组,每组39例。对照组患儿在对症治疗基础上给予布地奈德阶梯雾化吸入,观察组患儿在对照组基础上联合复方鱼腥草糖浆治疗,比较两组临床疗效及临床症状消失时间。结果两组治疗总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但观察组显效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的呼吸困难消失时间、犬吠样咳嗽消失时间、声音嘶哑消失时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复方鱼腥草糖浆联合布地奈德阶梯雾化吸入治疗小儿急性喉炎的显效率高,能加速改善患儿临床症状,缓解患儿痛苦。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of compound houttuynia cordata syrup combined with budesonide stepwise nebulization inhalation in the treatment of children with acute laryngitis.Methods A total of 78 children with acute laryngitis admitted to our hospital from April 2019 to July 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into 2 groups with 39 cases in each group.The children in the control group were given budesonide stepwise nebulization on the basis of symptomatic treatment,and the children in the observation group were treated with compound houttuynia cordata syrup on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy and clinical symptoms disappeared time of the two groups were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05),but the significant rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of dyspnea,barking cough,and hoarseness in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The compound houttuynia cordata syrup combined with budesonide stepwise nebulization inhalation in the treatment of children with acute laryngitis has a significant efficiency,which can accelerate the improvement of clinical symptoms and relieve the pain of children.
