梅尼埃病并发良性阵发性位置性眩晕(BPPV)的特点

Characteristics of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) in Meniere’s disease

目的分析梅尼埃病并发良性阵发性位置性眩晕(BPPV)的特点。方法 2015年3月-2020年2月,进行梅尼埃病并发良性阵发性位置性眩晕特点探究分析,样本源自本院接受的此类患者,40例,设定为试验组,同时选择同期良性阵发性位置性眩晕患者40例,设定为对照组,分析梅尼埃病合并良性阵发性位置性眩晕的特点,对其复发率和具体病情进行分析。结果试验组年龄大于对照组,差异具有显著意义,P<0.05。但试验组在平均病程、性别、受累半规管分布方面无明显差异,P>0.05;试验组复发率为82.50%,高于对照组30.00%,差异统计学意义显著,P<0.05;试验组梅尼埃病病程0-5年4例,6-10年15例,≥10年21例。结论梅尼埃病合并良性阵发性位置性眩晕患者年龄较大,良性阵发性位置性眩晕发生于梅尼埃病程后期,且复发率较高,临床需重点对待。

Objective To analyze the characteristics of Meniere’s disease complicated by benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV).Methods From March 2015 to February 2020,the characteristics of Meniere’s disease complicated by benign paroxysmal positional vertigo were investigated and analyzed.The samples were derived from such patients accepted by our hospital,40 cases were set as the experimental group,and at the same time Forty patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo during the same period were selected and set as the control group.The characteristics of Meniere’s disease combined with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo were analyzed,and the recurrence rate and specific disease conditions were analyzed.Results The test group was older than the control group,the difference was significant,P<0.05.However,the test group had no significant differences in the average course of disease,gender,and distribution of the semicircular canals involved,P>0.05;the recurrence rate of the test group was 82.50%,which was 30.00% higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05;The course of Epstein disease was 4 cases from 0-5 years,15 cases from 6-10 years,and 21 cases ≥10 years.Conclusion Patients with Meniere’s disease combined with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo are older.Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo occurs in the later stages of Meniere’s disease and has a high recurrence rate.Clinical treatment needs to be focused.
