改良式气管套管消毒方法在耳鼻喉科的应用有效性分析

Effectiveness analysis of improved tracheal tube disinfection method in otolaryngology

目的分析耳鼻喉科患者采用改良式气管套管消毒方法的价值。方法筛选50例耳鼻喉科患者作为研究对象,50例患者均选自2019年1月~2021年6月,并按"随机抽样法"分2组(每组25例),对照组采用常规气管套管消毒法,观察组采用改良式气管套管消毒法,对比2组消毒效果及科室满意度。结果观察组清洗合格率(100.00%)、消毒合格率(100.00%)、包装合格率(100.00%)高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组科室满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论选择改良式气管套管消毒方法对耳鼻喉科气管进行消毒可提高消毒效果,亦可提高科室对消毒工作满意度,值得参考。

Objective To analyze the value of improved tracheal cannula disinfection methods used in ENT patients.Methods Fifty patients from otolaryngology department were selected as the research object.The 50 patients were selected from January 2019 to June 2021,and were divided into 2 groups (25 cases in each group) according to the “random sampling method”.The control group used routine In the tracheal tube disinfection method,the observation group used an improved tracheal tube disinfection method to compare the disinfection effect and department satisfaction of the two groups.Results The qualified rate of cleaning (100.00%),the qualified rate of disinfection (100.00%),and the qualified rate of packaging (100.00%) of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05);the satisfaction degree of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Choosing an improved tracheal tube disinfection method to disinfect the trachea of the ENT department can improve the disinfection effect and improve the satisfaction of the department with the disinfection work,which is worthy of reference.
