分析护理干预措施对甲状腺手术患者术后疼痛的影响

Analysis of the effects of nursing interventions on postoperative pain in patients undergoing thyroid surgery

目的分析在甲状腺手术患者的临床护理中应用围术期护理干预模式的临床价值。方法选取我院2019.4-2021.1内114例甲状腺手术患者纳入研究,遵从"计算机随机分组法"将其分为对照组(56例,常规护理)和观察组(58例,围术期护理干预);观察患者康复情况、术后疼痛以及并发症发生率。结果围术期护理干预的观察组,患者术后排气、固体食物耐受等各指标用时较短,康复进程较快,术后不同时段疼痛评分较低,P<0.05。观察组并发症发生率仅为5.1%,对照组为21.4%,P<0.05。结论对甲状腺手术患者开展临床护理干预,建议采纳围术期护理干预模式,可降低患者术后疼痛和并发症发生率,促进其康复的同时改善预后。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of applying the perioperative nursing intervention model in the clinical nursing of patients with thyroid surgery.Methods 114 patients with thyroid surgery in our hospital from 2019.4-2021.1 were included in the study,and they were divided into a control group (56 cases,routine care) and an observation group (58 cases,perioperative period) in accordance with the “computer randomized grouping method” Nursing intervention;observe the patient’s recovery,postoperative pain and the incidence of complications.Results In the observation group of perioperative nursing intervention,the patients took shorter time for postoperative exhaust gas,solid food tolerance and other indicators,the recovery process was faster,and the pain scores at different postoperative periods were lower,P<0.05.The complication rate of the observation group was only 5.1%,and that of the control group was 21.4%,P<0.05.Conclusion Carrying out clinical nursing intervention for patients with thyroid surgery,it is recommended to adopt a perioperative nursing intervention model,which can reduce the incidence of postoperative pain and complications,promote their recovery and improve the prognosis.
