护理干预对鼻出血合并高血压患者治疗效果的改善研究

Study on the improvement of nursing intervention on the treatment effect of patients with epistaxis and hypertension

目的分析鼻出血合并高血压患者接受护理干预对治疗效果的改善作用。方法将2019年8月—2020年12月接诊且提供常规护理的41例鼻出血合并高血压患者作为对照组,将同期接诊且提供护理干预的41例鼻出血合并高血压患者作为观察组,对组间血压控制情况、焦虑抑郁评分、止血时间、出血量、再出血率、疼痛程度展开分析。结果(1)组间血压控制情况、焦虑抑郁评分在干预前无明显差异,P>0.05;观察组血压控制情况、焦虑抑郁评分在干预后优于对照组,P<0.05;(2)观察组止血时间(39.75±2.61)min、出血量(257.42±26.41)mL均少于对照组(65.40±4.77)min、(349.47±28.65)mL,且再出血率(2.44%)低于对照组(17.07%),P<0.05;(3)观察组疼痛程度分布情况优于对照组,P<0.05。结论对鼻出血合并高血压患者进行护理干预,可以改善治疗效果,减轻患者负性情绪及疼痛感,减少再出血,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on the treatment effect of patients with epistaxis and hypertension.Methods 41 patients with epistaxis and hypertension who were admitted from August 2019 to December 2020 and provided routine care were taken as the control group,and 41 patients with epistaxis and hypertension who received the same period and provided nursing intervention were taken as observation Group,analyze the blood pressure control status,anxiety and depression scores,hemostasis time,bleeding volume,rebleeding rate,and pain degree between groups.Results(1)There was no significant difference in blood pressure control and anxiety and depression scores between the groups before the intervention,P>0.05;the blood pressure control and anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group after the intervention,P<0.05;(2)Observation Hemostasis time(39.75±2.61)min and bleeding volume(257.42±26.41)mL in the group were less than those in the control group(65.40±4.77)min and(349.47±28.65)mL,and the rebleeding rate(2.44%)was lower than that in the control group(17.07%),P<0.05;(3)The distribution of pain degree in the observation group was better than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Nursing intervention for patients with epistaxis and hypertension can improve the treatment effect,reduce the patients’negative emotion and pain,and reduce rebleeding,which is worthy of promotion.
