探讨集束化护理策略应用于鼻咽癌放疗后吞咽困难中的应用

Objective to explore the application of cluster nursing strategy in dysphagia after radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma

目的探讨集束化护理策略应用于鼻咽癌放疗后吞咽困难中的临床价值。方法将88例鼻咽癌放疗后存在吞咽困难的患者(2019年1月至2020年6月收治)用随机数表法分成对照组(44例,常规护理措施干预)与观察组(44例,集束化护理策略干预)。观察比较护理3个月后两组研究对象临床效果。结果观察组吞咽困难治疗有效率(95.45%)高于对照组(81.82%);吞咽功能评分、疼痛评分与护理风险发生率均低于对照组,生存质量评分、护理满意度与依从性均较对照组高,除护理风险发生率两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其他指标均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为鼻咽癌放疗后吞咽困难患者实施集束化护理利于吞咽困难治疗有效性提升,同时对患者吞咽功能恢复、疼痛缓解、生存质量改善、护理满意度与依从性提高,护理风险风险预防等存在积极影响。

Objective To explore the clinical value of cluster nursing strategy in dysphagia after radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods 88 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients with dysphagia after radiotherapy (from January 2019 to June 2020) were randomly divided into control group (44 cases,conventional nursing intervention) and observation group (44 cases,cluster nursing strategy intervention).The clinical effects of the two groups were observed and compared after 3 months of nursing.Results The effective rate of dysphagia in the observation group (95.45%) was higher than that in the control group (81.82%);The swallowing function score,pain score and the incidence of nursing risk of the two groups were lower than those of the control group.The quality of life score,nursing satisfaction and compliance of the two groups were higher than those of the control group.Except for the incidence of nursing risk,there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05),other indicators were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Cluster nursing for nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients with dysphagia after radiotherapy is beneficial to improve the effectiveness of dysphagia treatment,and has a positive impact on the recovery of swallowing function,pain relief,improvement of quality of life,improvement of nursing satisfaction and compliance,and prevention of nursing risk.
