Nursing intervention countermeasure of neonatal hearing screening in neonatal care unit

目的讨论新生儿监护病房新生儿听力筛查护理干预对策。方法将本院2020年1月~2020年12月收治的150例监护病房新生儿随机分为对照组(一般护理)与研究组(针对性护理)各75例,观察指标:不同时间听力筛查未通过率、护理满意度。结果研究组初次筛查以及42d新生儿单耳、双耳听力筛查未通过率均明显低于对照组,P<0.05;两组90d新生儿单耳、双耳听力筛查未通过率无明显的统计学意义,P>0.05。研究组家属听力筛查工作护理服务满意度的90.67%明显高于对照组的72%,P<0.05。结论在新生儿听力筛查工作中实施针对性护理措施利于降低其筛查未通过率,且家属对该护理模式下筛查工作较为满意。

Objective To discuss the neonatal hearing screening nursing intervention countermeasures in neonatal care unit.Methods A total of 150 neonates admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were randomly divided into control group (general nursing) and research group (targeted nursing) with 75 neonates in each group.The observation indexes were as follows:failure rate of hearing screening at different time and nursing satisfaction.Results The failure rate of primary screening,monaural and binaural hearing screening of 42d neonates in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the failure rate of monaural and binaural hearing screening for 90d neonates between the two groups (P > 0.05).The nursing service satisfaction of 90.67% in the study group was significantly higher than 72% in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion The implementation of targeted nursing measures in neonatal hearing screening is beneficial to reduce the failure rate of screening,and the family members are satisfied with the screening work under this nursing mode.
