轮胎磨损形态研究 被引量:1

摘要 选取市面上较为常见的三种型号相同品牌不同的轮胎,安装在型号、生产年份等参数均相同的车辆上,在相同的路线上均行驶2.2万公里后,对各组轮胎的磨损形态进行比较分析。试验结果表明:新胎的弧形轮廓在经过2.2万公里的实车磨损后有明显的趋于平面的趋势;磨损后轮胎各个测点的胎面高度的标准偏差均明显小于新胎,因此磨损轮胎的各个测点的数值均更加接近于该组数据的平均值,即磨损轮胎的轮廓更加趋于成为一个平面;轮胎的磨损轮廓形态更加接近于国际提出的三种轮胎打磨方法中的平面打磨。 Three kinds of common tires of the same model and different brands in the market were selected and installed on vehicles with the same model,production year and other parameters.After driving 22,000 kilometers on the same route,the wear morphology of each group of tires were compared and analyzed.The test results show that the arc profile of the new tire tends to be flat after 22,000 km of real vehicle wear;The standard deviation of tread height at each measuring point of the worn tire is significantly smaller than that of the new tire,so the values of each measuring point of the worn tire are closer to the average value of this group of data,that is,the contour of the worn tire tends to become a plane;The wear profile of tire is closer to the flat buffing in the three tire grinding methods proposed by the world.
