中重度青春期后痤疮患者心理体验的质性研究

Qualitative research on psychological experience of patients with moderate to severe acne after puberty

目的了解中重度青春期后痤疮患者的心理真实体验。方法采用目的抽样法选取11例中重度青春期后痤疮患者为访谈对象,进行个人面对面半结构式深度访谈,运用现象学研究Colaizzi七步分析法对访谈内容进行整理分析。结果根据访谈内容提炼出中重度青春期后痤疮患者心理体验的4个主题:因长期自我形象紊乱产生不良情绪(自卑、社交回避与恐惧、情绪敏感);因疾病进展而产生不良情绪(悲观消极、矛盾情绪);因治疗干预而产生不良情绪(恐惧、担忧、烦躁);因社会支持产生的不良情绪(孤独、负罪感)。结论中重度青春期后痤疮患者在病程中会因疾病进展、自我形象紊乱、治疗干预及社会支持系统问题产生各种负性情绪。医护人员应重点关注患者心理状态,识别其负性情绪,引导建立正性情绪,帮助痤疮患者恢复心身健康。

Objective To study the real psychological experience of patients with moderate to severe acne after puberty.Method Choose 11 patients with moderate to severe acne after puberty by target sampling and perform face-to-face semi-structure in-depth interview.Arrange and analyze the interview content by phenomenological research Colaizzi’s 7-step analysis method.Result Four themes on psychological experience of patients with moderate to severe acne after puberty are extracted according to interview content,which are unhealthy emotions caused by long-term self-image disorder(inferiority,social avoidance and phobia,emotional sensitivity);unhealthy emotions caused by disease progression(negative and ambivalent emotion);unhealthy emotions caused by treatment intervention(fear,worry and annoyance)and unhealthy emotions caused by social support system(loneliness,guilt).Conclusion There will be kinds of negative emotions in course of disease caused by disease progression,self-image disorder,treatment intervention and social support system for patients with moderate to severe acne after puberty.Medical staff should pay attention to their psychological status,recognize their negative emotions,help them build up positive emotions and recover psychological and physical health.
